Technical Safety and Investigation Specialist

Aufgaben

• Manage and categorize incoming safety reports, ensuring timely follow-up and effective mitigation
• Lead internal investigations and interviews after incidents involving maintenance personnel
• Conduct audits and support compliance with SAFA, BAC, CAMO, BCAA requirements
• Contribute to the development of the Safety Management System (SMS) and promote a strong safety culture
• Deliver SMS and Health & Safety training and support team competence assessments
• Act as a trusted contact within M&E, represent the team in safety boards, and provide backup for Part-145 audits
