The Client Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, deployment, and management of Modern Workplace and End-User Computing solutions, specifically focusing on Electronic Flight Bags and Microsoft Teams Rooms devices.

The role ensures seamless device lifecycle management, compliance, and operational readiness using Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft 365 technologies.

Design and implement Intune-based device enrollment, configuration, and policy management for EFB and MTR devices.
Develop and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and provisioning workflows.
Deploy, maintain, and update mission-critical applications on EFB devices via Intune.
Implement update and patching strategies for MTR systems to maintain performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with application packaging teams to integrate packaged software into Intune deployment pipelines.
Monitor device health, connectivity, and compliance through Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
Work closely with client engineering, aviation operations, or facilities teams to align technical delivery with business requirements.
