Tasks

In this exciting leadership role, you will perform two key functions: On the one hand, you will be responsible for our local Austrian IT, and on the other hand, you will ensure integration into LHG IT

 

Head of Austrian IT:

  • You design, implement, and optimize OS IT processes
  • You manage KPIs and ensure operational excellence
  • You oversee IT projects and the entire application portfolio
  • You act as the main contact for all IT topics
  • You develop IT strategy and architecture incl. cybersecurity
  • You lead digitalization initiatives and the Center of Excellence

 

LHG Integration:

  • You implement the global IT service strategy within OS and drive tech harmonization
  • You align all IT initiatives with corporate goals and regulatory requirements
  • You enforce governance, policies, and act as liaison to Corporate IT
  • You optimize and standardize IT processes using data-driven improvements
  • You ensure adherence to target architecture and approve developments
  • You manage IT infrastructure, service, and workforce transitions with strong change management
