Tasks

  • Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of Crew Management Systems, effectively guiding teams through a dynamic environment and fostering constructive relationships with stakeholders
  • Drive key IT/business initiatives in Crew Planning & Disposition to boost efficiency and innovation
  • Oversee reliability, compliance, and performance of Crew Management Systems (manpower planning, pairing, rostering, tracking)
  • Ensure high data quality and full adherence to legal/contractual requirements
  • Define coding standards and best practices
  • Provide insights for union negotiations, enhancing crew productivity and quality of life
  • Manage relationships with external vendors
  • Ensure alignment and collaborate with SWISS IT and LH Group IT teams when it comes to Crew systems
