As the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer/ Agente SST & Environnement, you will perform the following duties:

Lead by example at all times, providing open, honest, and direct feedback to employees
Promote Safety, Security, and Environmental awareness across both sites, driving a “Safety First” culture
Ensure all applicable regulations (CNESST, OSHA, Alberta OHS, ISO 14000 & 45001) and Lufthansa Group policies are met
Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented
Implement and support the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) at both stations
Attend quarterly safety meetings with airline customers, representing Lufthansa Technik Canada on safety matters
Support the implementation of new Safety and Environmental tools and processes, ensuring effective rollout and engagement
