Tasks

Learning Administration & System Support

  • Provide first-level support for users of SuccessFactors LMS
  • Support training administration (participant coordination, attendance tracking, financial closing)
  • Monitor enrollments, waitlists, and cancellations
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of training data
  • Assist in implementing improvements in training processes

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Prepare basic reports and support data analysis
  • Improve registration communication (e.g., emails) and standardize workflows
  • Support LMS-related initiatives in collaboration with IT and Product Managers

Participant Support & Communication

  • Assist employees with training bookings, cancellations, and logistics
  • Support internal communication and promotion of training offerings
  • Cooperate with HR teams and stakeholders across the organization
