Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including new construction, refurbishment, and modernization, supporting aviation operations
Oversee the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and project requirements

Prepare and coordinate project concepts, planning documentation, and user requirements
Coordinate project planning, site analysis, permitting processes, and project implementation
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, change requests, and project close-out activities
Prepare project progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, Facility Management, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and public authorities
Lead contract negotiations and manage external contractors and service providers
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with established processes, quality standards, and applicable regulations
