Intern in Enabling Technologies Team (m/f/diverse)

Tasks

• Collaborate with licensing and governance stakeholders to analyze, improve, and standardize business processes
• Support the handover of processes between teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity
• Maintain and update process documentation, guidelines, and governance materials

• Assist in coordinating and supporting initiatives related to Microsoft licensing compliance and process optimization
• Support testing and validation of process changes and tools used by the licensing teams
• Work with technical and business experts to assess solution options and ensure alignment with governance standards
• Provide administrative and organizational support for licensing operations and transition activities
• Analyze existing licensing processes and governance workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support standardization and transition of licensing procedures
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, handover materials, and governance guidelines for transitioned activities
