Supporting the team in maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customer communication
Assisting in providing support for various applications, primarily in the accounting and procurement areas
Learning and adapting to changes in support tasks, with opportunities to deepen knowledge of specific applications
Helping to ensure customer satisfaction by providing basic, supervised support
Building communication skills by interacting with customers and supporting the team in maintaining good relationships
Assisting in acknowledging and tracking customer requests under the supervision of senior colleagues
Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver effective support
