As an IT Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and consistency of employee data within the SuccessFactors Employee Profile (EP) environment.

Tasks

  • Act as the first point of contact for tickets related to employee data quality issues within SuccessFactors Employee Profile
  • Investigate data inconsistencies, missing employee information, interface errors, and reporting line discrepancies
  • Coordinate data corrections with HR and shared service teams
  • Analyze employee data across SuccessFactors and connected source systems to identify root causes of issues
  • Monitor interface transfers and verify successful implementation of data corrections
  • Collaborate with various international IT teams and system experts to resolve complex issues
  • Support troubleshooting activities related to the SuccessFactors platform and integrated applications
  • Assist with system configuration adjustments and testing activities
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, training materials, and test cases
  • Support Product and Application Management activities within the PMGM area
