Coordinate license management and measurement for Lufthansa SAP systems (S/4, SAC, BTP, BWZ etc.)
Standardization and automation of processes related to SAP license management/measurement for the entire Lufthansa Group

Single point of contact for SAP license topics (costs, amount and type of licenses)
Designing authorization concept for different SAP systems (ERP, BW, SRM, CRM)
Analysis of business requirements and translate it to SAP authorization concept
Managing SAP authorizations as Second Level Support team member
Supporting projects and new system implementations, ensuring that solutions provided by the project team are in line with SAP authorization and security guidelines
Day-to-day support to security/authorization activities, including resolving requests and escalations
