As an IT Product Manager you will act as the central interface between business stakeholders, operations, internal IT teams in Germany, and external service providers. You will combine functional understanding of HR processes with technical expertise to maintain reliable system operations!

Manage HR IT applications within the SAP and non-SAP landscape, ensuring stable and efficient daily operations
Act as Product Owner for assigned HR applications; incident ownership and 3rd level support coordination
Ensure smooth operation of applications supporting global business processes

Coordinate internal stakeholders, process owners, operations teams, and external IT providers
Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions together with international IT teams
Design and implement new functionalities and application enhancements
Monitor interfaces and automated processes to ensure performance, integrity, and optimal system usage
Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within supported HR processes
Manage providers and service delivery in line with agreed SLAs
Coordinate releases, upgrades, and testing activities
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of major incidents
Maintain system documentation and oversee application customizing
