Own and manage SAP Fieldglass application and related HR IT solutions
Ensure smooth operation of contingent workforce processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding) for German entities
Act as the primary contact for German business stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Operations)

Handle 3rd level support activities
Ensure compliance with local German labor law requirements and regulations
Manage end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle including cooperation with external agencies and suppliers
Support and optimize processes related to contractor engagement models relevant for the German market such as service-based contracts and contractor agreements
Ensure proper system support for hiring managers, agencies and external workers within SAP Fieldglass
Oversee contract lifecycle management for contingent workers including compliance with German labor and procurement regulations
Act as a coordination point between hiring managers, agencies and IT to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement processes
