Your responsibilities:

Supporting the development team in achieving sprint and PI objectives within Scrum and SAFe frameworks
Mentoring team members through regular one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback, and coaching
Monitoring the quality of delivered solutions, identifying and removing technical impediments
Addressing interpersonal and technical issues, mediating conflicts, when necessary
Collaborating with other Team Leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders from the Digital Hangar ecosystem
Co-creating and implementing employee development paths (performance reviews, promotions, development plans)
Motivating the team and fostering engagement, while promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration
Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
