Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Ensuring smooth and timely execution of access provisioning and hardware delivery processes using IDA, Buy Order, and ServiceNow

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in English and German (optional)
Communicating and building a good relationship with team and our customers
Acknowledge and resolving customer requests
Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to details
Maintaining process database and documentation
Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
Active participation in the IT community
Work with Product Manager responsible for respective system to better understand the technical background
Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire LH Group
Training new joiners & building knowledge base
