Tasks

We are looking for a new team member for IT Customer Support, responsible for first-level support in applications across different business areas such as HR, Procurement, Infrastructure, Finance, and Authorizations.

  • Supporting internal users in IT applications and systems (SAP)
  • Responding to technical inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone, email, ticketing system)
  • Granting system access and handling service requests
  • Guiding users through system functionalities and escalating tickets when needed
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of support requests
  • Building positive relationships with the team and users
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to better understand the technical aspects of applications
  • Creating and updating process documentation
  • Actively contributing to the development of a strong IT support team within the Lufthansa Group
  • Diagnosing and resolving data, application, and ticket-mapping issues
