(Junior) IT Customer Support Agent with German (m/f/diverse)

Provide first-level IT support for internal users
Answer technical questions via email and ticketing system
Support users in solving basic system and application issues
Handle access requests and authorization management in business systems (including SAP)
Register, track and resolve user requests in the ticketing tool
Escalate more complex issues to specialized IT teams when needed
Maintain documentation and knowledge base related to support processes
Cooperate with colleagues and other departments to ensure high quality of service
Build positive relationships with internal customers
