Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Being a competent support regarding HR IT domain
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support in English and German

Communicating and building a good relationship with team and our customers
Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to details
Maintaining process database and documentation
Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
Actively participating in the IT community
Working with Product Manager responsible for respective system to better understand the technical background
Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire LH Group
