Assessing Key Performance Indicators design and results (samples testing)
Assessing Internal Controls design and effectiveness
Assessing quality of process documentation
Maintaining up to date and adequate procedures for Internal ICPA processes
Supervising root cause analysis and corrective & preventive measures implementation
Successfully interacting with various internal departments (predominantly Operations and Process Management). Acting as trusted partner
Actively seeking for operational performance improvement opportunities, including harmonization of processes
