Tasks

Driving compliance, safety and security in Cargo Operations, this role connects SWISS WorldCargo with the NPGO Office, strengthens the Dangerous Goods Competence Center for Ground, Cargo, and Flight Ops, and supports global stations to ensure seamless, secure operations.

  • Ensuring legal & compliance by evaluating the legal requirements
  • Ensuring compliant documentation and further development of processes and procedures
  • Coordination of system-relevant interfaces and interface definition
  • Providing support to the SWC stations and interfacing with regional management in matters relating to cargo and ground operations
  • Participation in the cooperation with the applicable stakeholders e.g. Lufthansa Cargo Operations and the NPGO Offices within the Lufthansa Group
  • Conducting cargo and ground operations station assessments and safety inspections
  • Management, maintenance and development of measures for monitoring and control of the operations surveillance in terms of safety, security and compliance
