We’re looking for a results-driven OPS Manager responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our cloud-hosted services.

  • Own and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent service delivery and performance
  • Oversee Incident Management processes — troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee and optimize monitoring frameworks to detect, alert, and respond to issues proactively
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align operations with company goals
