The Partner & Network Manager is responsible for:

Analyze partner cost developments and benchmark with market rates to ensure optimal levels without compromising quality
Ensure operational quality, incl. root cause analysis and preventive measures
Monitor partner & customer-perceived performance and exchange with BUs
Review partner invoices, identify incorrect charges, and ensure proper cost management
Drive process improvement, automation, and digitization across the “purchase to pay” chain
Support strategic network development, contract management, and compliance
Collaborate with Product Managers to create innovative solutions
Maintain and develop strong partner relationships
Provide functional guidance to junior colleagues, interns, and trainees
