What you’ll do:

Ensure smooth service delivery and manage customer inquiries, complaints and escalations
Lead technical communication (presentations, meetings, online sessions)
Analyze and document user needs, support change requests, develop tailored solutions - estimate efforts and handle price negotiations as needed
Coordinate implementations, documentation, releases, occasionally perform deployments and oversee customer installations and quality assurance
Collaborate with product, software development, operations and account teams; provide technical support during sales activities
Maintain documentation, monitor service level and contribute to cross-functional teams and new service implementations
