  • Plan and lead projects from concept to further development of information systems, managing resources; ensuring project execution regarding content, timelines and budget
  • Analyze, describe, optimize, and redesign complex internal and external business processes
  • Advise and support departments on IT topics; accompany department-specific IT projects and transition them into operations
  • Manage change management processes
  • Create business plans and roadmaps
