Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Maintain and develop QMS in line with ISO 9001
  • Update and distribute QM documentation and guidelines
  • Review QMS elements and drive improvements
  • Provide technical guidance on quality policies
  • Plan and conduct internal and external audits and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with departments and partners and ensure closure of non-conformities
  • Handle customer and finance claims, analysis, and documentation
  • Track claim trends and drive reduction actions
  • Manage credit/debit processes with Finance and ensure compliant record retention
  • Share quality information and promote awareness
  • Conduct or coordinate quality training
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Optimize claim workflows and support a continuous improvement culture
