Key function of the Quality System of Aviation Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO)
Provide consulting to all departments regarding EASA Part-145 and EN9110 standards.
Perform quality investigations, including root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and warranty occurrences.
Process data, prepare and analyse reports based on defined Quality KPIs.
Identify systematic issues and define effective countermeasures.
Facilitate audits by Aviation Authorities, Customers, Certification (EN9110), and Internal audits.
Evaluate, develope and implement international standards, processes, and methodologies within the LHT Group.
Contribute and support continuous improvement in the Organization by developing and publishing valuable publications and sharing knowledge.
