Tasks

  • Key function of the Quality System of Aviation Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO)
  • Provide consulting to all departments regarding EASA Part-145 and EN9110 standards. 
  • Perform quality investigations, including root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and warranty occurrences.
  • Process data, prepare and analyse reports based on defined Quality KPIs. 
  • Identify systematic issues and define effective countermeasures.
  • Facilitate audits by Aviation Authorities, Customers, Certification (EN9110), and Internal audits. 
  • Evaluate, develope and implement international standards, processes, and methodologies within the LHT Group.
  • Contribute and support continuous improvement in the Organization by developing and publishing valuable publications and sharing knowledge.
