Tasks

• Advise our customers on the design and implementation of innovative and technically demanding CRM solutions based on SAP Sales and Service Cloud
• Regularly expand your knowledge regarding technical and professional innovations in the SAP CX portfolio.
• Advising our customers on analysis, optimization, design, and implementation of SAP Sales and Service Cloud
• Developing and implementing small and large integration scenarios for our customers in the area of Customer Experience
• Opportunity to take on (partial) project management tasks, depending on project size and complexity, on-site and remote
• Possibly pre-sales activities to support our sales team in preparing and presenting offers
