Managing and overseeing the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems
Monitoring and troubleshooting interface issues
Collaborating with IT and HR teams to enhance integration processes

Developing and maintaining interface documentation and guidelines
Ensuring data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems
Implementing and managing interface security measures
Designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors interfaces
Conducting regular system checks to ensure interface functionality
Coordinating with external vendors and internal teams for interface development and support
Performing data mapping and transformation tasks
Leading interface-related projects and initiatives
Providing technical support and training to users on interface functionalities
Monitoring, troubleshooting and optimisation of existing integration processes and interfaces to ensure performance, stability and data security
