Tasks

  • Scrum Master for one or more SAP project teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies according to Agile principles within SAP implementation and development contexts.
  • Coordinate between functional consultants, ABAP developers, business analysts, and technical teams to remove impediments and enable smooth sprint delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs, clear priorities, and transparent communication.
  • Monitor sprint progress and KPIs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, innovation, and efficient problem-solving.
  • Help integrate Agile and SAP Activate methodologies, aligning iterative delivery with SAP project phases.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and progress.
