Tasks

Product Delivery Manager (all genders) is responsible for the technical and product-related communication with BoardConnect customers and ensures the contractual provision of products and services in the area of in-flight entertainment and connectivity:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of in-flight entertainment & connectivity services in accordance with the contractually agreed services with the aim of improving the passenger experience together with airline customers
  • Quality assurance of the software and systems to be delivered to airline customers in the BoardConnect laboratory in Raunheim, where we carry out production-related tests on aircraft servers and analyze errors
  • Managing technical communication (presentations, on-site meetings, regular online meetings) with airline customers
  • Recording and analyzing user requirements, if necessary supporting airline customers in describing change requests
  • Coordination and support of incident, problem and change management
