What you’ll do

Advise and find agreements with our cross-functional squads on the quality level for our applications
Identify and define problems connected with the product and do a careful analysis of the different possible courses of action, select and communicate the best solution for implementation
Manage test cycles according to release plans and keep the test case library up to date
Use peer and business reviews to have a common understanding of our company testing strategy
Qualify incoming bug reports and agree on their priority
Write effective test cases with attention to detail, with clarity of intent for yourself and others
Identify test cases and data to automate and fine-tune our testing process
Determine whether the final product is acceptable based on stakeholder requirements
